LiveTalk@CPS - Paul Johnson
Fish Forever: Creating Sustainable Fisheries
Few people know more about fish than Paul Johnson, founder of Berkeley's famed Monterey Fish Market. Most recently, Paul's research into the increasing degradation and destruction of fish habitats—and the resulting reduction in fish populations worldwide—has led to his writing and speaking out about these issues to increase public awareness and encourage steps to address these problems before it's too late. Join him for an enlightening discussion of modern fishing practices, fish farming, and habitat sustainability, plus Paul's fascinating insights and anecdotes that put today's environmental concerns in perspective.
